CERF Best Student Paper Award - Seung Hyun Maeng
The Faculty and Cambridge-INET Institute would like to congratulate PhD candidate and Cambridge Trust Cambridge-INET Scholarship student, Seung Hyun Maeng, who was one of just three students to win the CERF best student paper award for his paper "Debt Crises, Fast and Slow" (joint with Giancarlo Corsetti).
